January 5, 2015
Hello to my patient and wonderful fans! I know you’ve been asking me for an update on the film adaptation for The Bronze Horseman, and I’ve wished I could give one to you. And now, I finally can! So happy to tell you we’ve signed with Getaway Pictures for the series. Here’s that trailer I mention as well.
Amazing movie news!!! ^_^
Hi Paullina, I read on a private FB group that you were going to have a signing next month in New York, is that true? If so, which bookstore? Thank you!!
I cannot believe this!! finaly some good news.
since the moment I first read the book i couldnt put it down I’m always going back to TBH trillogy.
I just finished to read Lone Star(*cry*)-when i read it i felt happy again because Tatiana and Alexander are back but i was so surprised(good surprise) by the ending that i needed to read it second time. I’m glad that you keep bringing Tatiana and Alexander back into our lives.
thank you for the great news after a long night of subbing after Jonhy!
This is great news!
Hello Paullina!
This is music to my ears!!! The wait has been way too long. I’m beyond thrilled for you and for all of us, your loyal fans!!!!! (Sorry for the exclamation marks…SOOOOOO Excited!!!!!!!) I love all the fan trailers. Mia and Henry would be an awesome match. Without a doubt the series or films will be remarkable. This is what we’ve all been waiting for. Hope to see another update soon.Much love, from Texas!
So Good to Hear Paullina! I’m so glad things are moving forward… Is Sash still gonna direct?
European, I’ve fallen in love with the book when I first read it… (I was barely 12) and I said to myself when they make the movie I’ll be ready. Now I am an actress based in LA acting in 5 languages, I would do anything to be considered for the part of Tatia… she is been with me ever since ever since I opened the first book.
Paullina,
This is by far the best news I’ve heard in so long!!!! This series is my favorite and I cannot wait to see it on the big screen!!!! I actually screamed (at work) when I saw this!!!!! CANNOT WAIT!!!!!
You have made many fans, very happy! Only this morning I was thinking while listening to my self made TBH soundtrack about TBH film and then I discover your announcement. The screen version of TBH will be amazing and I am sure there will be a LOT of discussion about who should play which role and what will be included or, sadly left out. I hardly survived the book, I hope I can survive the screen version in one piece! I look forward with great anticipation to the production news. Make sure you plan a tour to Australia to coincide with the screen release!! Briohny XX
YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!!!!!!!! Thank you for making my dreams come true!!!! I can’t wait to see where this goes!
Just watched the trailer for Bronze Horseman and hope you keep the actors for Tatiana and Alexander as they seem to be just as imagined. You know, this could be another Gone with the Wind ! Looks so good.
Best Wishes from Australia.
Hi Paullina,
This is the best news ever and I couldn’t come at a better time. I have pictured the memorable scenes, characters in my head and now they will come to life. I have just finished reading Lone Star you are BRILLIANT!!!!
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Angela
The Bronze Horseman series are some of my favorite books. I love Tatia and Shura as if they are real people. My heart broke for them and rejoiced. Actually seeing them will be breathtaking. I’m so excited.
Thank you, Paulina for working so hard on this. Your fans are very grateful.

This is fantastic news!
How come it’s taken so long to come around?!
GENIAL… la verdad. Yo soy una de tus mas recientes. Fans pero me quede tan enamorada del libro. Q apenas puedo esperar por la película…..
This is such amazing news!
Please make it into a series, there’s too much in the novel to cram into a 3 hour film, that I feel it wont do the book any justice! Why didn’t HBO pick this up??
Super excited!!!
Very exciting news!
At last! Waiting for so long.
Dear Paullina,
have you thought of the music?
May I suggest anything?
Please listen to the “Echo lubvi” on the Youtube by Anna German. She was the great polish Singer but she was very popular in USRR in 60-s and 70-s. You must hear these words and this music. It may be a little be difficult to use this song in your film, because this song was composed for Matveev’s film “Sudba”. So – the copyrights. But maybe it’s possible. My regards! Anna
